This Statement of Rights and Responsibilities ("Statement") governs our relationship with users and others who have any relationship, business or otherwise, with The Brightest Arena. By accessing or utilizing The Brightest Arena, you agree to this Statement.

Your Privacy, as our subscribers and customers, is of paramount importance to us. As a result of this, we are absolutely committed to keeping and protecting your personal information which includes your name, email address, contact and billing information, phone number (s) and other confidential information 100 percent secure. We will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. This is because we are completely committed to protecting our clients as well as our own business.

Submission

You own all the content and information you post on The Brightest Arena. However, for content that is covered by the Intellectual Property (IP) rights like videos, photos,you specifically grant us a non-transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use any IP content that you post on or in connection with The Brightest Arena IP licence. This IP licence is terminated when you delete your IP content. However, be aware that content removed from a site may still remain in the backup copies for some time.   

We are always grateful receiving feedback or suggestions from our customers. But be aware that we may use them without any obligation to compensate you for them.  

Refunds and Cancellations

Since we only offer our resources (books and e-books) through a third party (for example, Amazon) at this moment, The Brightest Arena does not offer any additional refund and cancellation guarantees other than those offered by the third parties (Amazon, et cetera) themselves.

Safety

At the Brightest Arena your safety and that of others are significant aspect of our operations. However, we cannot always guarantee 100% safety online. But we strongly believe that if you do observe the following rules and regulations, your safety as well as that of others will be possible.

9.   Any debit card fees, default fees, or currency conversion fee or spreads, costs,or damages associated with using banking institutions, credit cards, bank transfers et cetera.
